Just in time for the start of the year, our CEO answered questions for the "Three questions ..." column in "Berliner Wirtschaft", the monthly magazine of the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The editor in charge wrote about the background to her interview: "Until now, we have always presented companies with a special business model, but from January we will be focussing on sustainability." So we were the first in this series :)

What is behind the company name "Gesellschaft zur Entwicklung von Dingen"?
 

It fits because we are very versatile and broadly positioned and like to think outside the box in our projects. We realise solutions for digital sovereignty on behalf of our customers and primarily understand this to mean the use of free open source software - always with a focus on data protection, accessibility and sustainability.

Why do companies have reservations about accessibility?

Many think it's expensive. They overlook the fact that they could easily win over many people as new customers. What's more, accessibility costs far less if you take it into account from the outset.

What is your vision?

Even if it sounds like a phrase: We want to make the world a better place.
