HEAG mobilo GmbH is one of the leading mobility service providers in the southern Hesse region and the lead company in the transport division of the HEAG Group. The background to this project: HEAG distributes the school tickets issued by the Hessian transport association RMV.
The comprehensibility of paper forms is always a problem. In order to reduce errors in the process of ordering school tickets, a "completion aid" was to be developed. Both accessibility and the highest level of data protection had to be ensured.
We developed an application that generates a PDF directly from the responsive form, which can be printed out immediately without the PDF being saved on the server. An expansion stage for later connection to the processing systems has already been taken into account.
The form guides users through the process in a user-friendly way and dynamically declares mandatory fields only when they are actually required depending on other information.
